PRODUCT RETURN POLICY

At LAZMANHAZE.COM we stand behind the quality of the products we offer on our website. If your order arrives damaged, or you received the incorrect item, or you would like to cancel your order – please read our PRODUCT RETURN POLICY below.

Before returning merchandise, please make sure to contact our customer service department: by phone at: Israel–522-409996, or e-mail us at lazmanhaze@gmail.com, specifying your Order Confirmation Number. Our customer service representative will provide you with a Return Approval Code which should be referenced and included in the package. Return of merchandise and refund will only be valid with a Return Approval Code.

We accept returns on any LAZMANHAZE.COM item still in its original packaging, for up to 14 days after delivery.    

 

Please be aware that all items to be returned must be sent directly to our offices in Israel or we will be unable to begin processing your refund. All items must retain their original packaging.

Please allow 7-14 business days from the date we receive your return, for it to be processed and for your refund or store credit to reflect on your account. We will keep you informed as the return process and refund are completed.

Before shipping ordered products, LAZMANHAZE.COM perform careful checks to ensure each product's condition and its packaging meets our high standards. We use the latest and best professional packaging standards to ensure items have the best protection possible from any kind of mishap and reach the customer in perfect condition. 

We understand that sometimes an item arrives damaged due to factors beyond our control. If this occurs, each instance will be evaluated on their own basis and then we will issue a refund, exchange the product, or offer you a store credit. 

If your product is broken or otherwise damaged, you must let us know within seven days of receiving your package.

Incorrect Items:                                                                                                                              

Sometimes mistakes are inevitable - our apologies. If you have received the wrong item please Contact our customer service department: by phone at: Israel–522-409996, or e-mail us at lazmanhaze@gmail.com, specifying your Order Confirmation Number and be sure to send photographic images of the received item. You will be provided with a Return Approval Code.

We will begin the process of getting the correct item to you. LAZMANHAZE.COM will gladly ship out the correct order to you, and we’ll provide you with a return label for the incorrect item. 

Order Cancellations:                                                                                                                           

LAZMANHAZE.COM is prepared to refund, or exchange unwanted items provided they are in perfect condition. Cancellation of an order must be made within 3 days of receiving the item. Please contact our customer service department: by phone at: Israel–522-409996, or e-mail us at lazmanhaze@gmail.com, specifying your Order Confirmation Number. You will be provided with You will be provided with a Return Approval Code, without which will be unable to receive a refund. 

Cancellation of the transaction will be valid only after receiving e-mail from LAZMAN HAZE confirming the request to cancel the transaction. Return of the product shall be made in its original packaging with the original invoice and within 14 days of the products' delivery. 

When returning non-defective items, the customer is responsible for the shipping fees (both ways) and all other inferred costs including a Transaction Cancellation Fee: 7% of the sale price of the product being returned.
