SHIPPING POLICY

LAZMANHAZE.COM works with and is supplied by private artists. Once an order is verified and paid for, we then contact the artist and prepare the artwork for shipment. Therefore LAZMANHAZE.COM keeps the right to inform you, within 48 hours of your order, in the rare case that the item you have chosen is out of stock – we will also inform you as to the length of time it will take to prepare you the item you want and ask if you would like to wait to purchase and receive the product.

 LAZMANHAZE.COM also reserves 4 working days from the order verification to prepare the order, to package it and then ship it out to your address. Once we ship your order, you will automatically receive an email with the tracking number and link to a relevant tracking site.

Before shipping ordered products, we perform careful checks to ensure each product's condition and its packaging meets our high standards of protection from any kind of mishap and reach the customer in perfect condition. Due to factors beyond our control, we cannot guarantee to be held responsible for items damaged in the mail. By purchasing on this site, you agree to take the small risk that this may occur.

Import taxes or customs duties

For orders outside Israel and the U.S. applicable duty and taxes may be imposed on your order that are not reflected in our prices. It is the customer's responsibility to pay these fees to receive their shipment. Check with your local customs office for more information. We are not responsible for delivery delays due to severe weather, natural disasters or strikes, and some carriers may experience delays during the holiday season. We are also not responsible due to delays caused by customs and/or border control. Customs regulations differ by country and can result in your order incurring delays or import duties.

• Please note that your signature is required for all packages. No PO Boxes are accepted. We cannot deliver packages without a signature. This is to protect us and you, the customer.
