Traditional Syrian Style Torah Case. Compact design - created totally from solid wood and brass. Each of the 12 gold-painted sides are hand-carved wood, inlayed with handmade glass representing the Twelve Tribes of Israel. 
The brass 'Rimmonim' on the head of the Torah case twist up or down into the lathed crown of this unique Torah case for safe storage.  The brass 'Yad" is designed to be part of the pin in the upper lock of the Torah Case.   The hinges are made of pure brass too.                                                                                          To ensure smooth movement of the handles, ball bearings are inlaid into the case.
