KALMAN GAVRIEL DELMOOR
Kalman is a Jerusalem-based, American-born Scribal Artist whose original artworks bring forth the beauty and wisdom of the ancient Hebrew letters.
Upon completing IDF service in the Paratrooper brigade with honor, Kalman decided to take his passion for the Hebrew letters and visual art and begin thriving a scribal art business. He is truly considered as one of the young leading lights in the scribal art community worldwide.
"I began to see the letters as a form of art, to use their spiritual power to create a bond between people, art, and ancient texts…. I gain inspiration from the city, its history, and its inhabitants, and their spirit is reflected in my artwork."
Kalman's studio is in the Old City of Jerusalem where he creates Scribal art, interacts with tourists, and runs workshops.
